Jessica and Chad's Wedding

On a late summer day in the small town of Seward Jess and Chad were married.  The gathering of friends and family added to the celebration. Excitement and anticipation filled the air.  Jess looked beautiful.  The ceremony reflected the love and significance of the day.  The photographs of the bridal party after the ceremony turned out to be some of the most memorable moments of the day for us.  Moments of laughter.  Moments of deep love.  We loved the stillness and quietness of these moments, when the world seems to stand still and all that matters is the gaze that is shared between the couple.  In these moments love can be seen.  It was a blessing for us to take part in it!  Thanks Jess and Chad!

Lexi and Reese

Last week we had the wonderful opportunity to take photographs of two adorable girls.  Lexi and Reese were full of adventurous smiles and sweet spirits.  The two sisters beamed with laughter in the late afternoon sun as they enjoyed bubbles, balloons and a candy treat when the session was finished. 

Updated Engagement Gallery

Today we updated our Engagement Portfolio Gallery.  It was great to go back and look at all the photographs.  We decided to highlight some of our favorite engagement shoots in our new gallery.  We are blessed to work with such awesome couples.

Washa's Senior Pictures

Washa visited the studio recently for the first part of her senior pictures (more to come later as we venture into downtown Omaha).  The excitement and anticipation for her senior year reflected in her smile and fun personality. It was great to get to know her, and we look forward to part 2.

Jill and Scott's Engagement

On Sunday we went to Mahoney State Park to take Jill and Scott's engagement photographs.  The summer evening was beautiful and the sunset turned out to be spectacular.  The genuine love between Jill and Scott made the evening memorable.  Sally and Wags were a great addition to the shoot as they provided much entertainment and personality.  We know that their wedding this fall will be a perfect expression of their love.
