Last Light | Olympic National Park, Washington

This is a little departure from the regular posts, but I thought that it would be nice to share with you all some of my favorite images from our trip to the Olympic National Park.  Both images were taken on the beach outside of Kalaloch Campground.  Every summer our family spends some time camping on the coast.  This particular evening, while I was photographing, I was touched by the thin strip of light separating the water from the sky.  It reminded me that the heavens, or the divine, is often closer to us than we think.  All we need to do is reach out and touch the sky, metaphorically.
