Chelsea and Evan's Wedding Story

The gray blue water on Lake Woodcliff shimmered in the early fall afternoon. The air was crisp and the season of fall was evident in the miles of golden soybean fields. It was the perfect day for Chelsea and Evan to be married.

Bright lime green and purple hued flowers added to the pop of playfulness that Chelsea and Evan share. Elegant lace and antique earrings linked the past with the future.  Symbols of commitment and union mixed in with the sand pouring, wedding vows, and the uniting of a family.  Their friends and family celebrated with both laughter and tears.

Chelsea and Evan are amazing people. They are the type of couple who knows how to honer were they have come from, and look forward to the future.  It was a blessing to be a part of their day!

Amber and Kevin's Wedding

It was late summer, early fall.  The skies were bright blue and the sunlight warmed the afternoon.  It was a day of building a family.  Amber and Kevin looked at each other with a spark of joy when they met before the ceremony.  The fire of their love was evident throughout the entire day.  The lasting friendships that have defined Amber and Kevin touched our hearts as we were honored to be a part of this celebration.  They demonstrated that marriage is about the community.  It is special for us to witness such outstanding people make a lasting committment.  Best wishes to them always!

Jill and Scott's Wedding

Mahoney State Park was peacefully nestled under a veil of misty grey clouds on Jill and Scott's wedding day.  The last of the late summer green leaves were still clinging to the giant old oak trees that surrounded the venue.  Jill looked stunning.  Scott beamed when he saw Jill walking down the aisle.  This day was shared by many who traveled from both near and far.  A soft sweetness of simplicity filled the air.  Tears mingled with much laughter as everyone celebrated with Jill and Scott.

Jessica and Chad's Wedding

On a late summer day in the small town of Seward Jess and Chad were married.  The gathering of friends and family added to the celebration. Excitement and anticipation filled the air.  Jess looked beautiful.  The ceremony reflected the love and significance of the day.  The photographs of the bridal party after the ceremony turned out to be some of the most memorable moments of the day for us.  Moments of laughter.  Moments of deep love.  We loved the stillness and quietness of these moments, when the world seems to stand still and all that matters is the gaze that is shared between the couple.  In these moments love can be seen.  It was a blessing for us to take part in it!  Thanks Jess and Chad!

Sarah and Jason's Wedding Story

In an old country church, just outside the little town of Scribner, NE, Jason and Sarah were married.

It had been raining on and off for weeks prior to the wedding, the rivers were flooding and many roads were closed. Yet on Jason and Sarah's wedding day the sun shinned brightly.

Throughout the ceremony personal touches were intertwined as the bride and groom shared what they enjoyed the most about each other.

After the wedding the bridal party took pictures in downtown Scribner. The photographs captured the playfulness, enthusiasm and the originality of their day.

The reception hall was gorgeous. The aroma of delicious food and beautiful decorations enhanced the elegance of the evening. White tulle swayed across the ceiling, linens lined the tables, and candles lit the center pieces.  The atmosphere was full of celebration. It was a pleasure being apart of Jason and Sarah's wedding.
